Translating ISO 41001 into Technical FM Operations

1. Asset Management and Maintenance Governance

An ISO 41001-aligned FM system should establish controlled processes for the assets and services necessary to support the core business. ISO 41001 is highly compatible with digital FM because an effective management system depends on controlled information and measurable performance.
