Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City is among the ten largest hospitals in the UAE. Orion Venture supported the campus through its Defects Notification Period, the phase where construction defects surface and accountability between contractor, consultant and operator has to be managed precisely.
Our scope covered DNP management, facility management throughout the period, and asset management: establishing the asset register, tracking rectification, and handing over a facility whose condition and documentation could be relied upon.
