Fakeeh University Hospital is a 350-bed teaching hospital in Dubai Silicon Oasis, built across four interconnected towers over two shared basements, 90,000 m² of built-up area, and the largest healthcare investment in the UAE at USD 500 million.
Orion Venture acted as main contractor, delivering the building works alongside temporary works, health, safety and environment management, and construction support services. The engagement demonstrates our capability on complex, high-value developments and our understanding of asset lifecycle from construction through to long-term operations.
