Dar Wasl is a wasl Properties development on Al Wasl Road, Dubai, combining retail and dining around a landmark arched frontage.
Orion Venture delivered civil and minor works on the asset. Retail settings compress the working window: the space has to be presentable at opening every day, so work is staged around trading hours and public access rather than the other way round.
