FIVE at Jumeirah Village Circle is a landmark lifestyle hotel where the guest experience is inseparable from the quality of the finish. Orion Venture delivered interior fit-out works, temporary works including the Wild Air provision, and minor civil works.
Hospitality fit-out leaves no margin for snagging: every surface is guest-facing and every programme date is tied to a launch. The work was sequenced around that reality.
