The Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Special Education, operated by NECC in Abu Dhabi, serves students with additional needs.
Orion Venture provides the full operational scope: MEP facility management, building maintenance, asset management, health, safety and environment management, landscape and garden management, and cleaning services. In a special-education setting, service continuity and low-disruption working are not preferences, routine and predictability matter to the students using the building.
